The Four Horsemen return to the big screen on November 14th with new crew members + even more elaborate illusions! At OC, we’re excited to see how their latest tricks unfold and we’ve crafted the perfect Now You See Me: Now You Don't activations to remind your audience that nothing is as it seems.



  1. Invite a Local Illusionist ✨


Captivate audiences with magic that rivals the Four Horsemen by bringing a local illusionist to perform in your lobby during opening weekend. Partner with the performer on Instagram to create a collab post where you can show performance clips and behind-the-scenes content, expanding your reach to their fanbase.



  1. Which Four Horseman are You? 🤔


Create an interactive personality quiz that matches fans to their Four Horsemen counterparts. Post QR codes in your lobby + at your concession stand or share the quiz on social media to build excitement before the film’s release.


  1. Magic Trick Contest 🪄


Launch a social media contest asking followers to post their best magic trick and tag your cinema for a chance to win a prize. Repost your favorite entries and award winners with tickets to the film + a concessions package!


  1. Find the Four Cards 🃏


Create an interactive scavenger hunt by designing four tarot cards representing the Four Horsemen. Hide one card each day leading up to opening night and post riddles on social media as clues to their location. Reward finders with exclusive prizes and keep followers engaged by posting hunt updates + winner reveals!


  1. Escape Room Bundle 🕵️


Partner with a local escape room to offer bundle discounts for the ultimate night out. Offer $2 off a ticket to see the film when you show your escape room receipt or vice versa. Market it as a complete escape experience where customers can test their escape skills just like the Four Horsemen, then head to the cinema to see how they do it in the latest film!

Offer balloon animals in your lobby for a callback to the first film! This nostalgic touch brings the franchise full circle while giving your guest something fun to take home as a memento from their night at the cinema.
